How much does VillaCaps cost?
Creating an account, adding properties, and listing vacant units is free. Terms for management and placement are shared plainly in conversation before you commit. No lock-ins.
How do tenants pay rent?
Tenants pay with MTN MoMo or Airtel Money directly to the landlord’s own wallet, or by recorded bank transfer. VillaCaps never holds the money. Every payment gets a receipt, and overdue rent triggers reminders.
Do tenants need to install an app?
No. Tenants get a web portal that works in any phone browser. They can pay, sign a lease, and report maintenance without installing anything. An Android app is available if they want it.
Are the listings real?
Every landlord is approved by our team and every listing is reviewed with real photos before it goes live. No ghost listings, no bait photos.
Can I manage commercial buildings too?
Yes. Office towers, malls, and mixed-use buildings get a dedicated commercial portal with company tenants, service charges, invoices, and an occupancy board.
